高职院校思想政治理论课和大学生党建工作融合机制探索

On the Integration of Ideological and Political Theory Courses and Students’Party Building in Higher Vocational Colleges

当前,高职院校大学生党建工作存在不足,主要表现为入党材料内容趋同,写实性有待提升;入党培训形式单一,整体效果有待提升;后续教育缺乏,党员先锋模范作用未充分发挥。推动高职院校思想政治理论课和大学生党建工作融合,有利于弥补大学生党建的不足,端正学生入党动机,提高育人效果。高职院校应加强领导,构建协同统一的工作模式,增强高职大学生入党材料内容的写实性;增强培训师资力量,创新入党培训形式,提升培训整体效果;注重学生入党后的继续教育工作,充分发挥党员队伍的先锋模范作用。

At present,the party building of college students in higher vocational colleges is insufficient,which are mainly manifested in the convergence of the content of the materials for joining the party and the need to improve the realism;the single form of training for joining the party and the overall effect to be improved;the lack of follow-up education and the insufficient role of the vanguard and model of Party members.Promoting the integration of ideological and political theory courses with college students'party building work in higher vocational colleges is conducive to making up for such insufficiencies,rectifying students'motivation for joining the party,and improving the education effect.Higher vocational colleges should strengthen leadership,build a coordinated and unified working mode,enhance the realism of the materials content of College Students'joining the party;strengthen the training teachers,innovate the single training form of joining the party,and improve the overall effect of training;pay attention to the continuing education work of students after joining the party,and give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of the party members.
