摘要
隐孢子虫是近年来导致人和动物水样腹泻的重要胃肠道原虫之一,也是影响我国奶牛养殖业重要的病原之一,目前尚无有效的疫苗和治疗药物,奶牛感染后会导致生产性能下降甚至死亡,给奶牛养殖业造成巨大的经济损失。本文就近年来国内通过分子生物学技术对奶牛隐孢子虫虫种和基因型的研究以及感染风险因素进行总结,以期提高从业人员对奶牛隐孢子虫病的认识,加强对该病的防范意识,总结科学的防控措施,以降低奶牛感染该病的风险。
Cryptosporidium is one of the most important zoonotic intestinal parasites which can cause human and many animals watery diarrhea,and is also one of the most major pathogen in dairy cattle breeding industry in recent years in China.There are no effective drugs and vaccines for the time being.It will lead to the decline of production performance and even death after dairy cattle infection,which will cause huge economic loss to the dairy cattle breeding industry.In this paper,the species/genotypes of Cryptosporidium and the risk factors of infection investigated by molecular biology technology in China in recent years were summarized in order to improve the understanding of cryptosporidiosis in dairy cattle and strengthen the awareness of prevention.Besides,scientific methods were concluded to reduce the infection rate of cryptosporidiosis.
