摘要
无乳链球菌(Streptococcus agalactiae,S.agalactiae)是奶牛乳房炎的主要致病菌之一,给奶牛养殖行业带来严重的经济损失。为了解国内外无乳链球菌耐药性的变迁规律并为奶牛场奶牛乳房炎治疗提供参考,笔者对国内外2009~2018年无乳链球菌的耐药率进行了分析,对无乳链球菌耐药机制的研究进展进行了扼要综述,以期为奶牛乳房炎临床合理用药及有效防治提供思路和依据。
Streptococcus agalactiae(S.agalactiae)is one of the main pathogens of cow mastitis,which brings serious economic losses to the dairy industry.In order to understand the changes of S.agalactiae resistance at home and abroad and provide a reference for the treatment of mastitis in dairy cows,the author analyzed the resistance rate of S.agalactiae in 2009-2018 at home and abroad.The research progress of S.agalactiae resistance mechanism was also summarized in order to provide ideas and basis for rational clinical medication and effective prevention and treatment of mastitis in dairy cows.
