摘要
开展了煤泥水絮凝沉降的特性影响分析,建立了上澄清液浊度数学关联式和沉积物体积数学关联式,旨在为煤泥水的精准自动加药提供理论基础。研究结果表明:随着絮凝剂浓度的增加,上澄清液浊度先减小后增大,当絮凝剂浓度为10 g/m3时,上澄清液浊度最小;絮凝剂浓度一定时,上澄清液浊度随着凝聚剂与絮凝剂质量比的增加而不断减小;随着絮凝剂浓度的增加,沉积物体积逐渐增大;絮凝剂浓度一定时,沉积物体积随着凝聚剂与絮凝剂质量比的增加而不断增大。
Muddied coal slurry water processing system is the key during the process of production of coal preparation plant,and studying the system of scientific drug additive system is very necessary to realize the high effective settlement of muddied coal slurry water.This essay analyzes the influence of characteristics of flocculation settlement of muddied coal slurry water,establish a mathematical association of upper-clarification liquid turbidity and a mathematical association of sediment volume,to provide accurate auto drug addition with theoretical basis.The study result shows:with the increase of concentration of flocculants,when the turbidity of upper clear solution decreases first and then increase,when concentration of flocculants is 10g/m 3,turbidity of upper clear solution is smallest;when the concentration of flocculants is constant,turbidity of upper clear solution decreases with increase of the mass ratio of coagulant to flocculant;with the increase of concentration of flocculants,sediment volume becomes gradually bigger;concentration of flocculants is constant,sediment volume increases with the increase of the mass ratio of coagulant to flocculant.
