摘要
八面河油田经过多年开发,其地面管网存在腐蚀老化、机组效率低等问题。根据注水压力和水质能够满足注水开发的需要,以及GB/T 31453-2015《油田生产系统节能监测规范》等的要求,八面河油田对地面注水系统进行适应性评价。分析认为,北部油区可完善污水处理工艺流程以提升水质,同时停用角四污水站,南部联合注水系统可在更换设备后采用降压运行、局部增压等改造措施,有效提升地面注水工程系统水质,减少能耗,降低运行成本。
After years of development,the surface pipe network of Bamianhe Oilfield has some problems such as corrosion,aging and low efficiency of machine set.According to the water injection pressure and water quality that can meet the needs of reservoir geological water injection development,as well as the requirements of GB/T 31453-2015 Oilfield Production System Energy Conservation Monitoring Specifications,the adaptability evaluation of surface water injection system is conducted.According to the evaluation,the northern oil region can improve its water quality by improving the sewage treatment process,and at the same time,transformation measures such as reducing pressure operation and partial pressurization after the replacement of equipment can be adopted in the southern joint water injection system so as to effectively improve the water quality of the surface water injection engineering system,reduce energy consumption and reduce operating costs.
