高温高压卤水井测试工艺在GJ1井应用

摘要 高温高压卤水井测试施工与常规油气井测试有较大区别,高温高压卤水在测试过程中地面易发生盐结晶堵塞管柱。为求取GJ1井地层参数采用了全通径APR+TCP测试射孔联作工艺,通过对该井进行测试管柱设计、管柱强度校核计算、施工用液设计后进行了酸化、测试作业,采用连续油管清水冲钻解除测试施工中发生的盐结晶堵塞,效果较好。 The test construction of high-temperature and high-pressure brine wells is quite different from that of conventional oil and gas wells.During the process of high temperature and high pressure brine testing,the salt crystals on the ground are easy to block the pipe string.In order to obtain formation parameters of GJ1 Well,the whole diameter APR+TCP test perforating technique is adopted.The test string design and string strength check calculation are carried out on the well.The acidification and test operation are done after the design of the construction fluid.The salt crystal blockage occurred in test construction is removed by clear water drilling with coiled tubing.
