电缆测井牵引器电力载波通讯系统硬件设计

摘要 为了实时监控牵引器的工作状态,读取井下采集的各类数据,自适应不同种类、型号及长度的电缆,提高数据传输的实时型、增强数据传输的可靠性、加大数据传输的信息量。基于二进制频移键控调制解调通讯技术,设计了一套长距离多芯电缆高速电力载波通讯系统。该系统在涪陵及新疆工区的恶劣环境试验成功,并成功应用于水平井牵引器中。 It is an urgent problem to ensure the information content and accuracy of logging data in shale gas horizontal wells.In order to monitor the working status of the tractor in real time,this paper reads all kinds of data collected underground which adapt to different types and lengths of cables so as to improve the real-time data transmission,enhance the reliability of data transmission and increase the information amount of data transmission.Based on the binary frequency shift keying modulation and demodulation communication technology,a long-distance and high-speed power carrier communication system with multi-conductor cable is designed.The system has been successfully tested in severe environment in Fuling and Xinjiang work areas,and successfully applied to the horizontal well tractor.
