摘要 针对涪陵地区页岩气井井深、水平段长分段多、施工压力高、复合桥塞钻磨效率低、风险高等特点,优化设计钻磨工具串,解决长水平下入延伸、遇卡处理等问题。从磨鞋类型、磨料、尺寸三方面入手,优化设计出采用多菱形磨料、内面铺焊合金齿凹面磨鞋,结合现场经验,优化成等腰梯形大直径水槽。现场试验证明,设计的凹面磨鞋整体钻塞效果好、遇卡风险小、磨损少。采用优选的钻塞工具串和设计的磨鞋,提高了该地区的钻塞成功率,缩短了施工周期,降低了页岩气勘探开发成本。 In view of the characteristics of deep shale gas wells,long horizontal section with multiple subsections,high construction pressures and low efficiency and high risk of drilling and grinding in Fuling Area,the drilling and grinding tool string is optimized to solve the sticking problem while drilling and grinding in the long horizontal section.Starting from three aspects as the type,abrasive material and size of the grinding shoes,the concave grinding shoes are designed by using multiple diamond shaped abrasive and internal surface welding alloy teeth,which is optimized into isosceles trapezoidal large diameter water tank based on field experience.Field tests have proved that the designed concave shoes have a good overall drilling and plugging effect with little risk of getting stuck and less wear.The use of optimized drilling and plug tool strings and designed shoes has improved the success rate of drilling and plug in this area,shortened the construction cycle and reduced the cost of shale gas exploration and development.
