双点机械压力机机身有限元分析及优化 被引量:4

摘要 机身作为压力机的基础部分,由于其结构复杂,制造成本高,在整机设计过程中至关重要。本文运用三维设计软件建立机身有限元模型,并模拟载荷发生点进行加载分析,对机身整体进行静态分析以及模态分析,最终根据得到的等效应力分布云图、总位移图、以及六阶振型图进行分析,根据分析结果对机身进行优化,达到增加机身刚性同时降低制造成本的目的。 As the basic part of the press,the frame is very important in the design process of the whole machine due to its complicated structure and high manufacturing cost.In the text,the three-dimensional design software has been used to establish the finite element model of the frame,and the load generation point has been simulated to carry out the load analysis.The static analysis and modal analysis of the entire frame have been carried out.Finally,the obtained equivalent stress distribution cloud diagram,general displacement diagram,and six-order vibration pattern have been used to perform analysis.The frame has been optimized according to the analysis result so as to increase the rigidity of the frame and reduce the manufacturing cost.
