摘要
机身是热模锻压力机的重要部件,本文将机身关键部位的尺寸作为研究对象,通过有限元模拟分析的方式,分析得各研究对象对机身降重的影响大小,为后续优化机身结构、实现轻量化设计提供可靠的方法和依据,从而得到质量轻、强度高、刚度大的机身结构,达到降重最大化的目的。
Fuselage is an important part of hot die forging press.In this paper,the size of the key parts of the fuselage is taken as the research object.Through the way of finite element simulation analysis,the influence of various research objects on the weight reduction of fuselage is analyzed,which provides reliable methods and basis for the subsequent optimization of fuselage structure,realization of lightweight design,so as to obtain the fuselage structure with light weight,high strength and large rigidity,and achieve the maximum weight reduction.
