本文介绍一种普通压力机连杆、前支承、后支承处的铂电阻温度检测装置,该装置能够实时监测压力机连杆、前支承、后支承处的温度,通过触摸屏显示出对应的温度检测数值,并具有温升报警功能,防止因温升过高导致铜套磨损严重,间隙增大,造成前、后支承同轴度降低,从而出现压力机抱轴停机现象和相关零件的损坏事故,确保操作者的人身安全和设备安全,提高压力机自动化控制程度。

A platinum resistance temperature detection device at the connecting rod,front support,and rear support of an ordinary press has been introduced in the text.This device can monitor the temperature of the connecting rod,front support,and rear support of the press in real time,and displays the corresponding temperature detection value via touch screen.It also has a temperature rise alarm function to prevent the copper sleeve from wearing seriously and increasing gap due to high temperature rise which causes the coaxiality of the front and rear supports to be reduced,resulting in the phenomenon of the shaft holding down of the press and the damage of related parts accidents.Thus in this way,the operator personal and equipment safety has been ensured and the degree of automatic control of the press has been improved.
