国内外蛋类中农药最大残留限量标准的对比分析研究

Comparative Analysis of National and International Standards for Pesticide Maximum Residue Limits in Eggs

蛋类作为人体重要营养物质来源,其安全问题备受关注。文章依据《GB2763-2019》为标准研究对象,通过比较我国与国际食品法典委员会、欧盟、美国、日本、澳大利亚、加拿大的蛋类中农药残留限量标准的差异,分析了目前我国蛋类中农药残留标准面临的问题,提出了进一步完善我国蛋类农药残留标准体系的一些思路和对策措施。

As an important sources of nutrients,the safety of eggs has been becoming a focus issue in the world.GB2763-2019 was taken as a research subject in this paper,the differences of eggs pesticide residual limit standrads among China,Codex Alimentarius Commission,European Union,the United States,Japan,Australia and Canada were compared.Based on analyzing the main problems existing in China′s standards of eggs pesticide residual limits,corresponding ideas and countermeasures for improvement of the standard system were put forward.
