随着"一带一路"建设的高质量发展,当下的国际投资争端解决机制已满足不了"一带一路"国际投资的发展要求,构建"一带一路"国际投资争端的解决机制已成为当务之急。可以考虑搭建以磋商、调解为主要手段,以仲裁为主要法律手段,以"一带一路"国际投资争端解决中心为平台的构架。

With the high-quality development of the Belt and Road,the current international investment dispute settlement mechanism doesn’t meet the development requirement of international investment along the Belt and Road.It has become the top priority to build the Belt and Road international investment dispute settlement mechanism,which can consider improving the framework with consultation and mediation as the major means,arbitration as the main legal means,and the Belt and Road international investment dispute settlement center as the platform.
