辽宁自贸区自2017年挂牌至今,大胆闯、大胆试,面向东北亚开放合作新高地效应初显。3年来,新增300余家东北亚外资企业入驻。沈阳片区开辟东北亚创新中心和人文交流中心建设新路径,全国首家出入境人员综合服务"单一窗口"上线运行;大连片区搭建中日韩青年国际双创平台,推进中日经贸产业合作园建设;营口片区发挥海铁联运优势,东北亚国际商贸物流中心建设取得成效。
Since its inauguration in 2017,China(Liaoning)Pilot Free Trade Zone has been breaking new grounds and taking new chances all along.Its bridgehead effect of opening-up to and cooperation with Northeast Asia begins to kick in.Over the past three years,more than 300 fbreign-invested enterprises from Northeast Asia have settled down in the FTZ.Shenyang area opened up a new path for the construction of Northeast Asia Innovation Center and Cultural Exchange Center China's first"single window"of comprehensive service for entryexit personnel was put into service.
