银川站张弦梁站台雨棚设计及施工技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究目的:合理的张拉方案是张弦梁结构成功安装施工的关键。本文采用SAP2000有限元分析软件,对银川站张弦梁站台雨棚结构体系进行施工全过程仿真计算,分析结构在施工安装阶段、工作起始态、承载能力极限状态及正常使用极限状态下的受力和变形情况,旨在验证本文所提出张拉方案的安全性与可行性,进而弥补一次张拉技术方案的不足。研究结论:(1)采用在地面组装与初步张拉,再进行吊装并在空中二次补张的方案,能保证张弦梁结构内力的均匀分布,满足施工安全性与可靠性的技术要求;(2)考虑张弦梁在最不利风吸荷载作用下索内保持一定的张力,保证索不退出工作,确保张弦体系的稳定;(3)结构在正常使用极限状态下,结构柱顶最大水平位移为15.4 mm,张弦梁两端与钢柱采用铰接连接,其中一端设置长圆孔以释放柱顶推力对雨棚柱的影响;(4)本研究结论可为类似张弦梁结构的设计与施工提供参考。 Research purposes:A reasonable tension scheme is the key to the successful installation of the beam string structure.In this paper,SAP2000 finite element analysis software is used to simulate the whole construction process of the canopy structure system of the beam string platform of Yinchuan Station,and analyze the stress and deformation of the structure in the construction and installation stage,the initial state of work,the ultimate state of bearing capacity and the limit state of normal use,in order to verify the safety and feasibility of the tension scheme proposed in the paper,and then make up for the traditional tension scheme.Research conclusions:(1)The scheme of installation on the ground and preliminary tensioning,hoisting and secondary tensioning in the air can ensure the uniform distribution of internal forces of the beam string structure and meet the technical requirements of construction safety and reliability.(2)Under the most unfavorable wind suction load,a certain tension is maintained in the cable of the beam string to ensure that the cable does not quit working and the stability of the string system.(3)The maximum horizontal displacement of the top of the column is 15.4 mm under the limit state of normal use of the structure.The two ends of the beam string are hinged with the steel column,and one end is provided with a long round hole to release the influence of the column top thrust on the canopy column.(4)The research results can provide reference for the design and construction of similar beam string structure.
