近年来食用菌质量安全问题频繁出现,使得部分消费者对于食用菌产品的信心不足,导致食用菌产业承受了巨大经济损失,进而影响了我国食用菌产业的国际竞争力。为了提升我国食用菌产业的国际竞争力,加强食用菌质量安全管制已是大势所趋。就食用菌质量安全管制对食用菌产业国际竞争力的影响进行了多元回归分析,旨在引导相关主体加强食用菌质量安全管制力度,推动食用菌产业国际竞争力的提升。结果表明,食用菌产业国际竞争力受到食用菌质量安全管制执行力度的积极影响,对外贸易依存度、食用菌产业年产量、人均GDP、人民币汇率等因素对食用菌产业国际竞争力也存在一定作用。

In recent years,the quality and safety of edible fungi have appeared frequently,which has caused some consumers to have insufficient confidence in edible fungi products,which has caused huge economic losses to the edible fungi industry,and further affected the international competitiveness of Chinese edible fungi industry.Therefore,in order to enhance the international competitiveness of Chinese edible fungi industry,it is a general trend to strengthen the quality and safety control of edible fungi.The article conducted a multiple regression analysis on the impact of edible fungi quality and safety control on the international competitiveness of the edible fungi industry,with the aim of guiding relevant subjects to strengthen the edible fungi quality and safety control and promote the improvement of the edible fungi industry*s international competitiveness.The following conclusions are drawn:The international competitiveness of the edible fungi industry is positively affected by the implementation of edible fungi quality and safety controls.Factors such as the dependence on foreign trade,the annual output of the edible fungi industry,per capita GDP,and the RMB exchange rate also have certain effects on the international competitiveness of the edible fungi industry,effect.
