摘要
针对互联网环境下的食用菌产品信任机制的法律对策进行了研究。提出加大信任机制和信用体系投入力度;加强食用菌信息成本和渠道管理;强化法律信用体系和信用监管职能等措施。从法律角度为增强互联网食用菌产品的信任机制,营造法治、诚信的互联网经营环境提供了思路。
The legal countermeasures of trust mechanism of edible fungi products in the internet environment was studied.Some measures are put forward,such as increasing the investment of trust mechanism and credit system,strengthening the information cost and channel management of edible fungi,strengthening the legal credit system and credit supervision function.From the legal point of view,it provides a way to enhance the trust mechanism of internet edible fungi products,and to create a legal and honest internet food business environment.
