摘要
我国目前是食用菌出口贸易的世界大国。针对"一带一路"背景下我国食用菌出口贸易持续性的影响因素进行研究,结果发现,影响我国食用菌贸易出口的主要因素有产品结构单一、技术贸易壁垒以及不符合食品安全标准等方面。为此,建议我国食用菌出口企业积极丰富出口产品种类、制定统一产业标准和提高产业技术来增加产业出口贸易的国际竞争力。
China is currently a large country in the export of edible fungi.Aiming at studying the factors that influence the sustainability of China's edible fungi export trade under the background of one belt and one road Initiative.The research found that the main factors affecting China's edible fungi trade export are single product structure,technical trade barriers,and noncompliance with food safety standards.To this end,it is recommended that China’s edible fungi export enterprises actively enrich the types of export products,formulate unified industry standards,and improve industrial technology to increase the international competitiveness of industrial export trade.
