Study on the Adjustment of Edible Fungi Industry Development to Rural IndustrialStructure in Dazhou City

加强乡村食用菌产业的发展,可增加食用菌产业在乡村产业结构中的占比,通过合理利用食用菌产业较为良好的发展前景,完成对乡村经济的有效改善,促进乡村经济快速发展。但在实际应用中,农村食用菌产业发展尚存在一定问题。因此,通过对四川省达州市部分农村进行详细分析,并结合现有市场角度与农村食用菌产业发展前景进行综合判断,希望为乡村振兴背景下食用菌产业发展对于农村产业的结构调整提供相关分析参考。

In the context of rural revitalization,as a developing food industry,edible fungi industry has an important impact on rural construction and economic development in China.By strengthening the development of rural edible fungi industry,the proportion of edible fungi industry in the rural industrial structure can be increased,and the relatively good development prospect can be reasonably used to complete the effective improvement of rural economy and promote the rapid development of rural economy.However,in practical application,there are still some problems in the development of rural edible fungi industry.Through a detailed analysis of some rural areas in Dazhou city,Sichuan province,and combined with the existing market perspective and the development prospect of rural edible fungi industry,a comprehensive judgment is made,which provides relevant analysis reference for the structural adjustment of rural industry under the background of rural revitalization.
