Preventive Effect of Edible Fungi on Senile Diseases and Cardiovascular Diseases

分析探究食用菌对老年常见疾病和心血管疾病的预防效果。研究选取老年健康志愿者600例,年龄60岁~80岁,随机将其分为2组,对照组300例志愿者保持日常饮食不予干预;试验组300例志愿者按要求定期定量摄入食用菌类。结果表明,试验组空腹血糖含量为(4.35±1.08) mmoL·L^-1,餐后血糖含量为(7.72±4.15)mmoL·L^-1,糖化血红蛋白占比为(6.01±0.78)%,总胆固醇含量为(3.54±0.72) mmoL·L^-1,甘油三酯含量为(0.78±0.34) mmoL·L^-1,胆固醇脂含量为(3.48±0.56) mmoL·L^-1,收缩压和舒张压分别为(138.34±7.65) mmHg、(88.22±6.15) mmHg,试验组血糖、血脂、血压相关指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。食用菌类具有一定营养价值、保健和药用价值,能够有效降低老年人群血压、血脂、血糖水平,对多种老年疾病和心血管疾病可起到良好的预防作用,值得临床推广。

To analyze the preventive effect of edible fungi on common diseases and cardiovascular diseases in the elderly,a total of 600 elderly healthy volunteers,aged 60-80 years,were randomly divided into two groups.300 volunteers in the control group maintained their daily diet without intervention.300 volunteers in the test group regularly and quantitatively ingested edible fungi as required.The results showed that in the test group the fasting blood glucose was(4.35±1.08)mmoL·L^-1,postprandial blood glucose was(7.72±4.15)mmoL·L^-1,proportion of glycated hemoglobin was(6.01±0.78)%,total cholesterol content was(3.54±0.72)mmoL·L^-1,triglyceride content was(0.78±0.34)mmoL·L^-1,cholesterol lipid content was(3.48±0.56)mmoL·L^-1,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were(138.34±7.65)mmHg and(88.22±6.15)mmHg,respectively.The blood glucose,blood lipid and blood pressure related indexes of the test group were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Edible fungi have certain nutritional value,health care value and medicinal value,can effectively reduce the blood pressure,blood lipid,blood glucose level of the elderly,and can play a good role in the prevention of a variety of elderly diseases and cardiovascular diseases,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
