书画档案的聚一氯对二甲基苯涂层防护性研究

摘要 利用化学气相沉积法在书画表面形成聚一氯对二甲基苯薄膜,通过测定接触角推测膜的憎水性,研究不同工艺参数条件下膜的防护性能.结果表明,聚一氯对二甲基苯膜具有良好的连续性,使书画基材的吸湿增重缓慢;膜的憎水性与膜厚度成正比关系;膜对水汽的透过能力很低,能够使书画在常温大湿度条件下具有良好的防潮防护性能. Polychloro-p-dimethylbenzene film was formed on the surface of painting and calligraphy by chemical vapor deposition.Inferring hydrophobicity of film by measuring contact angle.The protective properties of film under different process parameters were studied.The results show that,the Polychloro-p-dimethylbenzene film has good continuity,which makes the moisture absorption and weight gain of the painting and calligraphy substrate slow.Hydrophobicity of the film is proportional to the thickness of the film,the water vapor permeability of thePolychloro-p-dimethylbenzene film is very low,and it can make the painting and calligraphy have good moisture proof at room temperature and high humidity.
