高校专业实验室是人才实践能力培养的重要支撑,应用型地方高校面对建设经费相对短缺,实验教师能力与学历水平不足的现状,依托优势特色专业与专业协同发展实现实验资源整合,并以信息化手段为重点建设工程管理综合实训平台.建立实验教师与专任教师“互帮扶”机制,不仅提高了实验教师双师化、专业化水平,也推进了实验室软硬件条件对教育与科研的支撑效果,为地方高校相关专业实验室建设提供实践参考.

Specialty laboratory is an important support for training practical ability of talents,in view of the current situation that relative shortage of construction funds,ability and educational background of experimental teachers for technology-applied colleges and universities.Relying on the advantages characteristic specialty and integrate experimental resources through professional collaborative development,build comprehensive training platform based on information technology.Establishing the help each other mechanism for experimental teachers and professional teachers,not only improved the level of double-qualified professionalization and specialization for experimental teachers,but also promoted the supporting effect of laboratory hardware and software conditions on education and scientific research,provide practical reference for the professional laboratories construction in local colleges and univers ities.
