摘要
创新型人才已成为当下高校人才培养的最高追求,其中高水平应用型农业人才的培养则影响到国家农业的进步与发展.导师制的开展为创新型人才的培养提供了有力抓手,以园艺专业为例,从理论和实践教学等方面阐述导师制在实施“卓越农林人才教育培养计划”的过程中,对于提升园艺专业本科生创新能力中的成效及不足,以期为高校园艺专业人才创新能力的培养提供参考和借鉴.
The innovative talents has become the highest pursuit of talent cultivation in colleges,the cultivation of high-level applied agricultural talents affects the progress and development of national agriculture.The development of tutorial system provides a powerful step for the cultivation of innovative talents.Takes horticulture major as an example,in order to explain the effectiveness and shortcomings in improving the innovation ability of horticulture undergraduate in terms of theory and practical teaching,when the tutorial system in the process of implementing the plan of cultivating excellent talents in agriculture and forestry education.It is hoped to provide reference for the cultivation of innovation ability of horticultural major in colleges.
