The public health security emergency is a major threat to the survival and development of human society.Marxist spatial theory makes a profound examination of spatial planning,spatial production and equality of spatial rights in modern cities,which has a unique guiding role in analyzing the mechanism and causes of public health security hazards,addressing the alienation and reshaping patterns of spatial justice,and broadening the cognitive perspective of prevention and governance.The spatial planning under the capital-rights dominant logic reflects the political attributes and state functions of the bourgeoisie,leading to the deprivation and infringement on the rights and interests of the proletariat in spatial existence and development,triggering the stripping and imbalance of spatial justice,and creating an induced negative effect on the outbreak of public health security hazards.The prevention and handling of public health security emergency under the socialist system with Chinese characteristics adheres to the value orientation of people first and life above all else,uses the spatial planning utility of cities,the function of spatial justice and the means of governance of the national system to prevent and handle public health security emergency,builds equality and justice in the politics of life,realizes the repairing and reshaping of spatial justice,and forms a unique effectiveness and experience in the governance of public health security in urban spatial.
