民族院校本科生学习投入的实证探究——基于M民族大学本科生的现状调查 被引量:2

摘要 在高等教育大众化背景下,打造高水平本科教育是高校的共同诉求,民族院校本科生的学习情况作为本科教育质量的重要方面也需得到充分关注。文章通过“民族院校本科生学习投入情况调查”网络平台,采取随机抽样法对M民族大学1099名在校本科生进行学情调查。结果显示民族院校本科生学习投入总体处于中等水平,不同少数民族群体和家庭背景的本科生学习投入程度存在明显差异,且学习投入时间对学习投入水平具有一定程度的正向影响,表明民族院校学生的学习方式具有特殊性,面对民族院校不同群体学生学习的差异性,需要加强对少数民族学生的学业支持,从教和学两方面共同促进民族院校学生学习方式的整体转变,从而推动民族院校本科生学习质量的有效提升。 Under the popularization of higher education,building high level undergraduate education is the common appeal for universities.For Minzu Universities,their student engagement as an important part of its undergraduate education quality also needs to be highly concerned.This paper uses random sampling method via undergraduates engagement survey on Minzu University online platform,to conduct a research on the study behavior of 1099 undergraduates,whose result shows that the overall condition of the student engagement at Minzu University is at the medium level.There are significant differences among undergraduates from different ethnic minorities and family backgrounds in terms of study engagement levels,and the engagement time has positive impact on the engagement level,which shows that particularity exists as to student engagement at Minzu Universities.When confronting diversification of study of different student groups,it is necessary to strengthen academic support for ethnic minority students,promote innovation of learning from both teaching and learning at Minzu Universities,so that to efficiently push forward the quality of learning among undergraduates at Minzu Universities.
