摘要
结构热强度试验中,加热与力载荷加载同时进行,需要保证两者的时间轴一致,加热曲线以每秒的间隔给出,而载荷曲线往往是某几个时间的载荷值,增加了试验前数据处理的难度。为了解决上述问题,针对力热联合试验中的载荷谱时间轴问题,采用VBA编程技术,对载荷数据进行处理,将载荷谱细化至每秒的间隔。结果表明,该方法降低了试验前载荷谱处理时间,操作简单,且减少了人工处理时的错误率,保证了试验安全性、可靠性,提高了试验效率。
In the structural thermal strength test,heating and force loading are performed simultaneously,and the time axis of the two needs to be consistent.The heating curve is given at intervals per second,and the load curve is often a load value at a certain time,which increases the difficulty of data processing before the test.In order to solve the problems above,in view of the time axis of the load spectrum in the combined force-heat test,VBA programming technology is used to process the load data and refine the load spectrum to the interval per second.As a result,this method reduces the processing time of the load spectrum before the test,is simple to operate,reduces the error rate during manual processing,ensures the safety and reliability of the test,and improves the test efficiency.
