摘要
随器计量系统作为国家电网公司智慧能源服务系统的重要组成部分,该系统以用电台区为单位,基于计量模组和边缘聚合控制器建立台区"数据大脑"与智能用电终端等设备通讯,可实现台区可控柔性负荷的本地自动调整,同时响应主站调度,提升电网运行效率、加大清洁能源消纳。首先研究了DL/T 698.45协议及Netty框架的基本思想,随后重点阐述了系统整体设计以及协议的基本实现思路。
As an important part of Smart Energy Service System of SGCC,Electrical Appliances Measurement System bases on the measurement module and the edge aggregation controller,the system establishes the communication between the Data Brain of the station area and the intelligent power consumption terminal and other equipment,which can realize the local automatic adjustment of the controllable flexible load in the station area,respond to the dispatching of the main station at the same time,improve the operation efficiency of the power grid and increase the consumption of clean energy.This paper first studies the basic idea of DL/T 698.45 protocol and Netty framework,and then focuses on the overall design of the system,the basic implementation of the protocol.
