椎管内分娩镇痛是被公认的最为安全有效的方式。分娩镇痛服务作为舒适化医疗越来越多地被应用于临床。随着麻醉学科的发展,新型设备的研发,椎管内镇痛方式也更加丰富。本文综合了国内外近年来有关椎管内分娩镇痛的相关研究,从药物分类、镇痛方法、时机选择、对母婴的影响等方面进行综述。

Intraspinal delivery analgesia is the most safe and effective.Labor analgesia service is more and more used as comfortable way.With the development of anesthesiology and the development of new equipment,there are more and more ways of intraspinal analgesia.This paper reviews the related studies of intraspinal delivery analgesia native and foreign from the aspects of drug classification,analgesia methods,timing and the impact on mothers and infants.
