结合阳泉市万通花园项目工程实例,阐述了岩石基坑ZGD型螺杆自吸泵降水系统工艺原理、施工工艺流程、施工方法、制作与施工操作要点及质量保证措施。利用该降水方法成功地解决了岩石地基降水困难的技术难题。说明了岩石基坑ZGD型螺杆自吸泵降水方法是一项技术可靠、操作简单、经济适用的降水方法,它特别适合岩石地基、风化及半风化岩石基坑局部降水,对其地下水位控制效果非常显著。

With the example of Wantong garden project in Yangquan City,this paper expounds the process principle,construction process,construction method,key points of production and construction operation and quality assurance measures of ZGD screw self-priming pump precipitation system for rock foundation pit.With this method,the difficult technical problem of rock foundation precipitation is solved successfully.It shows that ZGD screw self-priming pump precipitation method for rock foundation pit is a reliable,simple and economical precipitation method,which is particularly suitable for local precipitation of rock foundation pit,weathered and semi weathered rock foundation pit.The effect of groundwater level control is very significant.
