摘要
动物肠道不仅是营养物质消化吸收的主要场所,也是机体屏障的重要组成部分,因此动物肠道健康对于动物的机体健康和生产性能至关重要。中链脂肪酸是一类含有6~12个碳原子的脂肪酸,具有快速供能、抗菌和改善动物肠道屏障作用。本文根据国内外的研究成果,就中链脂肪酸对动物肠道的消化吸收、屏障功能和菌群组成的调控作用进行了综述,为中链脂肪酸在动物生产和饲料中的应用提供参考依据。
The animal gut is not only the main site for the digestion and absorption of nutrients,but also an important component of the body's barrier.Therefore,animal gut health is essential for the animal's health and production performance.Medium-chain fatty acids(MCFA),a class of fatty acids containing 6~12 carbon atoms,can provide rapid energy supply,have antibacterial effects and improve intestinal barrier functions in animals.Based on the recent research results at home and abroad,this paper reviewed the regulatory effects of MCFA on the digestion and absorption,barrier function and gut microbiota composition of the animal gut,and provided reference for the application of medium-chain fatty acids in animal production and feed.
