复合酵母菌培养物对肉羊生长性能、免疫机能及抗氧化能力指标的影响 被引量:8

Effect of compound yeast culture on growth performance,immune function and antioxidant capacity of mutton sheep

摘要 为研究复合酵母菌培养物对肉羊生长性能、免疫机能及抗氧化能力指标的影响,本研究采用单因素随机设计试验,选择体重相近、健康的杜寒杂交肉羊60只随机分为4组,每组15个重复,每个重复1只,1组饲喂基础日粮为空白对照组,试验2、3、4组分别在基础日粮中添加2.5%、5.0%、10.0%复合酵母菌培养物,预试验7 d,试验期为56 d。结果表明:(1)试验3、4组的平均日增重与1组相比分别提高10.8%、8.7%(P<0.05),料重比较1组比分别降低12.5%、10.0%(P<0.05),试验2、3、4组的采食量均高于1组(P>0.05);(2)在试验后28、56 d,试验3、4组血清中IgG、IgA含量较1组比分别提高17.2%、13.5%、15.1%、10.3%、12.1%、8.3%、10.1%、8.6%(P<0.05),试验2、3、4组血清中Ig M含量均高于1组(P>0.05);(3)在试验后28、56 d,试验3、4组血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)较1组比分别提高19.3%、18.7%、15.1%、12.1%(P<0.05),试验2、3、4组血清中超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性均高于1组(P>0.05)。综上,5.0%复合酵母菌培养物可以提高肉羊的生产性能、免疫功能及抗氧化能力。 In order to study the effect of compound yeast culture on growth performance,immune function and antioxidant capacity of mutton sheep,60 Duhan crossbred sheep with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 15 repetitions in each group and 1 sheep in each repetition.Group 1 was fed with basic diet as blank control group.Group 2,group 3 and group 4 were fed with 2.5%,5.0%and 10.0%compound yeast culture respectively in basic diet for 7 days and the trial period was 56 days.The results showed that:(1)The average daily gain of groups 3 and 4 was 10.8%and 8.7%higher than that of group 1(P<0.05),the feed weight was 12.5%and 10.0%lower than that of group 1(P<0.05),the feed intake of groups 2,3 and 4 was higher than that of group 1(P>0.05);(2)On the 28th and 56th days after the test,the serum IgG and IgA contents of groups 3 and 4 were 17.3%,13.5%,15.1%,10.3%,12.1%,8.3%,10.3%,10.1%and 8.6%higher than that of group 1 respectively(P<0.05),the content of IgM in the serum of groups 2,3 and 4 was higher than that of group 1(P>0.05);(3)On the 28th and 56th day after the test,the total antioxiclant capacity(T-AOC)in the serum of groups 3 and 4 was 19.3%,18.7%,15.1%and 12.1%higher than that of group 1 respectively(P<0.05),and the activity of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in the serum of groups 2,3 and 4 was higher than that of group 1(P>0.05).In conclusion that:5.0%compound yeast culture could improve the production performance,immune function and antioxidant capacity of mutton sheep.
