摘要
随着食用菌产业的蓬勃发展,产生了数量庞大的食用菌菌糠。菌糠在微生物发酵后具有良好的饲用价值。家禽饲料对于实现农业资源的再利用以及缓解环境压力具有重要意义。本文主要对食用菌菌糠的营养特性、发酵工艺以及在家禽中的应用进行了综述。
Enormous mushroom residues have been produced with the rapid development of edible fungus industry.Mushroom residuesd contain rich and valuable nutrients and can be widely applied to poultry feed,which plays a vital role in recycling agricultural resources and alleviating environmental pollution.This review summarized the nutrition characteristics,fermentation technology and application in poultry of mushroom residues.
