羊粪有机肥的稻鸭共作模式对成都麻鸭生产性能、屠宰性能及肌肉营养成分的影响 被引量:3

摘要 本试验旨在通过研究基于羊粪有机肥的稻鸭共作模式养殖对成都麻鸭生产性能、屠宰性能及肌肉营养成分的影响,以期为稻鸭共作生态养殖模式提供理论基础。试验随机选取体重相近、体况健康的10日龄成都麻鸭240只,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,A组为对照组,平地饲养,饲喂基础饲粮,每个重复12只;B组、C组和D组为试验组,稻田饲养,补充饲喂基础饲粮,每个重复分别为10、12、14只。试验期90 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,B组、C组和D组末期体重、日均增重和日均耗料量分别降低9.42%、8.35%、9.61%,9.97%、8.85%、10.18%和14.62%、14.75%、14.95%,试验组与对照组均差异显著(P<0.05);三个试验组料重比分别较对照组降低9.34%、10.71%和9.79%(P<0.05);对于屠宰性能,B组和C组腿肌率分别较对照组提高6.21%和7.06%(P<0.05),试验组其余屠宰性能与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);试验组肌胃指数均显著高于对照组,分别提高10.94%、11.38%和9.82%(P<0.05);对于肌肉营养成分,C组胸肌水分含量较A组、B组和D组分别降低2.33%、1.18%和1.71%(P<0.05);C组胸肌粗蛋白质含量分别比A组、B组和D组增加7.78%、3.96%和4.77%(P<0.05)。综上,与平地饲养相比,稻鸭共作模式可在不影响屠宰性能的同时,降低料重比,并改善肌肉营养成分,每亩稻田饲喂12只肉鸭较为适宜。 This study was designed to study the effects of integrated rice-duck co-farming with goat organic manure on growth performance,slaughter performance and muscle nutritional composition of Chengdu Sheldrake duck,in order to provide a theoretical basis of integrated rice-duck co-farming.A total of 24010-day-old healthy Chengdu Sheldrake ducks with similar body weight were randomly allocated into 4 treatments with 5 replicates each.Group A,fed with basal diet,was the control group,which raised on the ground,and each replicate was 12 ducks;Group B,group C and group D were experimental groups,were raised in paddy fields with basal diet supplemented,each replicate of the three groups was 10,12 and 14 ducks for 667 m2,respectively.The experimental period was 90 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the final body weight,average daily weight gain and average daily intake of groups B,C and D were decreased by 9.42%,8.35%,9.61%;9.97%,8.85%,10.18%and 14.62%,14.75%,14.95%,respectively(P<0.05);the ratio of feed-to-gain of the three experimental groups was 9.34%,10.71%,and 9.79%lower than that of the control group,respectively(P<0.05);For slaughter performance,the leg muscle rates of group B and group C were 6.21%and 7.06%higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The other slaughter performance indexes of the experimental group was little significantly different from the control group(P>0.05);the gizzard index of the three experimental groups was 10.94%,11.38%and 9.82%higher than that of the control group,respectively(P<0.05).The percentage of moisture in breast muscle in group C was 2.33%,1.18%and 1.71%respectively lower than those in group A,group B and group D(P<0.05).Compared with other three groups,the content of crude protein in muscle in group C was increased by 7.78%,3.96%and 4.77%respectively(P<0.05).In summary,compared with ducks raised on the ground,integrated rice-duck co-farming could reduce the feed-to-gain ratio and improve muscle nutrient content without affecting slaughter performance.It was suitable to feed 12 meat ducks per 667 m2 of paddy fields.
