微生物发酵玉米秸秆对肉羊生产性能、屠宰性能及器官指数的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为研究不同水平微生物发酵玉米秸秆对羊生产性能、屠宰性能及器官指数的影响,选择体重相近的杜寒杂交F1公羊120只,随机分成4个组,每个组3个重复,每个重复10只,1组为对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验2、3、4组分别用25%、50%、75%微生物发酵玉米秸秆替代青贮饲料,预试验10 d,试验期为60 d。结果表明:试验3、4组的平均日增重较1组相比分别提高13.9%、13.3%(P<0.05),试验3、4组的料重比较1组相比分别降低17.4%、16.7%(P<0.05),试验2、3、4组平均采食量均高于1组,差异性不显著(P>0.05);试验3、4组的宰前活重、眼肌面积较1组相比分别提高10.6%、10.1%、20.1%、19.0%(P<0.05),试验2、3、4组的胴体重、屠宰率均高于1组(P>0.05),试验2、3、4组的GR值均低于1组(P>0.05);试验3、4组的肝脏指数、肾脏指数较1组相比分别提高17.6%、10.0%、28.6%、23.8%(P<0.05),试验2、3、4组的心脏指数、脾脏指数、肺脏指数均高于1组(P>0.05)。综上所述,50%微生物发酵玉米秸秆替代青贮饲料,可以提高杜寒杂交F1公羊的生产性能、屠宰性能及器官指数,在临床具有很大的应用价值。 In order to study the effects of different levels of microbial fermentation of corn straw on sheep performance,slaughter performance and organ index.120 Duhan F1 rams with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups,each with 3 replicates and 10 sheep.The control group was fed with basic diet.The experimental groups 2,3 and 4 were supplemented with 25%,50%and 75%microbial fermented corn straw to replace silage respectively.The preliminary experiment lasted 10 days and the experimental period was 60 days.The results showed that:The average daily gain of groups 3 and 4 was 13.9%and 13.3%higher than that of group 1(P<0.05),the feed weight of groups 3 and 4 was 17.4%and 16.7%lower than that of group 1(P<0.05),and the average feed intake of groups 2,3 and 4 was higher than that of group 1,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Live weight and eye muscle area of groups 3 and 4 were 10.6%,10.1%,20.1%and 19.0%higher than those of group 1(P<0.05),carcass weight and slaughter rate of groups 2,3 and 4 were higher than those of group 1(P>0.05),GR values of groups 2,3 and 4 were lower than those of group 1(P>0.05);Liver index and kidney index of groups 3 and 4 were higher than those of group 1(P>0.05).The cardiac index,spleen index and lung index of groups 2,3 and 4 were higher than those of group 1(P>0.05).In conclusion,50%microbial fermentation of corn straw instead of silage could improve the production performance,slaughter performance and organ index of Duhan F1 ram,which has great clinical application value.
