浅谈我国饲料质量监督抽检方式的变化

Discussion on the change of sampling inspection mode of feed quality supervision in China

我国是畜产品生产和消费大国,饲料作为畜牧业生产的重要投入品之一,其质量安全状况直接影响着畜产品的质量安全。农业农村部作为全国饲料监管部门,其职责是在不断完善饲料监管体系,推动饲料行业健康高质量发展的同时,持续不断地开展饲料质量监督抽检工作,对饲料产品的质量安全状况进行监测,并根据行业发展现状、信息化技术、互联网技术的发展情况调整和完善监督抽检工作方案。本文综述了近几年全国饲料质量安全监督抽查工作方式的变化情况,归纳了调整后抽检方式的特点和取得的成效,以期为其他产品抽检方案的制定提供参考和借鉴。

China is a big country for the production and consumption of animal products.As one of the important inputs in animal husbandry,feed quality and safety directly affects the quality and safety of animal products.As the national feed supervision department,the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has continuously improved the feed supervision system and promoted the healthy and high-quality development of the feed industry.At the same time,the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has continuously carried out feed quality supervision and random inspection work.Monitored the quality and safety status of feed products,and according to development status of feed industry,information technology and Internet technology to adjust and perfect the supervision and random inspection work.In this study,the changes of sampling inspection methods of feed quality and safety were reviewed,and the characteristics and results of the adjusted random inspection methods were summarized,aimed to provide reference for the formulation of random inspection program for other products.
