摘要
饲料产业是畜牧产业的源头产业,关系和决定着畜牧产品的质量安全。饲料行业在我国起步较晚,但是在畜牧产业的带动下,特别是在畜牧产业规模化发展的促进下,饲料行业也在快速地发展,同时也会面临着诸多的风险因素,识别饲料产业集群供应链风险,提高其抗风险能力,增强我国饲料行业的市场竞争力迫在眉睫。本文基于COSO理论框架对饲料产业集群供应链的风险因素进行了识别,并据此提出一些改进的措施和建议,供运营管理者在业务实践中提高参考借鉴。
Feed industry is the source industry of animal husbandry,which determines the quality and safety of animal husbandry products.The feed industry started late in China,but driven by the animal husbandry industry,especially the large-scale development of animal husbandry industry,the feed industry is also developing rapidly.At the same time,it will face many risk factors.It is urgent to identify the supply chain risk of feed industry cluster,improve its anti risk ability and enhance the market competitiveness of feed industry in China.Based on the framework of COSO theory,this paper identified the risk factors of feed industry cluster supply chain,and put forward some improvement measures and suggestions,which could be used for reference by operation managers in business practice.
