26个STR基因座在广东佛山汉族人群的遗传多态性

Genetic Polymorphism of 26 STR Loci in the Foshan Han Population of Guangdong Province

目的调查23个常染色体STR基因座及3个Y染色体STR基因座在广东佛山汉族中的等位基因分布,并探讨其法医学应用价值。方法对广东佛山汉族279例无关个体,分别采用EX20和VersaPlex 27PY试剂盒进行检测,以Genemapper ID-X软件进行分析,获取相关的统计数据资料。结果23个常染色体STR基因座的杂合度为0.5806~0.9247,匹配概率为0.0265~0.2228,个人识别率为0.7772~0.9735,多态信息含量为0.5385~0.8890,非父排除率为0.2683~0.8462。3个Y-STR基因座的遗传差异度在0.4957~0.8068之间。在150个无关男性个体中检出了92种单倍型,单倍型多样性为0.9914。结论23个常染色体STR基因座在广东佛山汉族人群中呈高度多态性,对法医学物证鉴定与研究有应用价值。3个Y-STR基因座在广东佛山人群具有一定的识别能力,可为相关研究提供基础数据。

Objective To investigate the allelic distribution of 23 autosomal STR and 3 Y-STR loci in Foshan Han population and explore their forensic values.Methods 279 unrelated individuals were randomly selected from Foshan Han population and detected by EX20 and Versaplex 27PY,Genemapper ID-X software was used to analyze data.Results The heterozygosity of 23 autosomal STR loci was 0.5806~0.9247 and probability of match was 0.0265~0.2228,with the discrimination power of 0.7772~0.9735.The probability of paternity exclusion and polymorphism information content were 0.2683~0.8462 and 0.5385~0.8890 respectively.Statistical analysis showed the genetic diversity values of the 3 Y-STR were among 0.4957~0.8068,with 92 haplotypes being recognized.The haplotype diversity was 0.9914。Conculsion 23 autosomal STR loci shows highly polymorphic in Foshan Han population,which are valuable to forensic evidence identification and research.The results indicate that the 3 Y-STR have a basic level of polymorphism in Foshan Han population and may be valuable for forensic and population genetic analysis.
