铁丝威灵仙生态适宜性区划研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解铁丝威灵仙生态适宜性分布,预测其适宜种植区。方法通过调查走访和中国数字植物标本馆,共收集到124份黑叶菝葜、220份短梗菝葜和478份鞘柄菝葜的标本信息,应用最大熵模型和地理信息系统进行55项生态因子的综合分析。结果得到对铁丝威灵仙生态适宜性分布影响较大的生态因子为海拔和降水量。黑叶菝葜生态适宜区主要为甘肃东南部、陕西南部、四川和湖北;短梗菝葜生态适宜区主要为陕西南部、河南西部、四川中东部、湖北西部和贵州全省;鞘柄菝葜生态适宜区主要为甘肃东南部、陕西南部、山西南部、河南西部、四川中东部和湖北西部,贵州一些地区也有分布。结论本研究对全国范围内铁丝威灵仙生态适宜区进行了等级划分,生成了铁丝威灵仙生态适宜性区划图,可为今后铁丝威灵仙药材野生资源的保护及抚育区的选择提供参考依据。 Objective To understand the ecological suitability distribution of Smilacis Radix et Rhizoma;To predict its suitable planting area.Methods Through survey visits and the Chinese Virtual Herbarium,a total of 124 specimens of Smilax nigrescens Wang.,220 Smilax scobinicaulis C.H.Wright.and 478 Smilax stans Maxim.were collected.Comprehensive analysis of 55 ecological factors was using maximum entropy model and geographic information system.Results The ecological factors that showed great effects on the ecological suitability distribution of the fertilization of Smilacis Radix et Rhizoma were known as elevation and precipitation.The ecologically suitable areas of Smilax nigrescens Wang.were mainly southeast of Gansu,south of Shaanxi,Sichuan and Hubei;the ecologically suitable areas of Smilax scobinicaulis C.H.Wright.were mainly in the south of Shaanxi,western Henan,central and eastern Sichuan,western Hubei and Guizhou province;the ecologically suitable areas of Smilax stans Maxim.were mainly distributed in south of Gansu,south of Shaanxi,southwestern Shanxi,western Henan,central and eastern Sichuan,western Hubei,and some areas of Guizhou.Conclusion In this study,the ecologically suitable areas of Smilacis Radix et Rhizoma in the country are graded,and the ecological suitability zoning map of Smilacis Radix et Rhizoma is established,which will provide references for the protection of wild resources and the selection of nursing areas of Smilacis Radix et Rhizoma in the future.
