基于数据挖掘的《普济方》治疗泄泻用药规律分析

Analysis on Medication Rules of Pu Ji Fang for Treatment of Diarrhea Based on Data Mining

目的采用数据挖掘方法对《普济方》中治疗泄泻方剂的用药规律进行分析,为临床治疗泄泻提供参考。方法筛选《普济方》中治疗泄泻的处方,建立标准化医案数据库,采用古今医案云平台V1.5统计用药频次、药物属性(药性、药味、归经),并进行聚类分析,采用IBM SPSS Clementine 12.0软件进行关联规则分析。结果筛选出符合要求的处方210首,共使用药物104种,其中使用频次≥20的药物22种,常用药物可聚为五类,最常用药物组合为干姜-肉豆蔻,其次为木香-肉豆蔻、木香-诃子、干姜-甘草、干姜-诃子、干姜-木香等。结论本研究采用数据挖掘方法初步揭示《普济方》治疗泄泻的组方用药规律,可为临床治疗泄泻提供参考。

Objective To analyze the medication rules of prescriptions in Pu Ji Fang for the treatment of diarrhea based on data mining method;To provide references for clinical treatment of diarrhea.Methods The prescriptions for treating diarrhea in Pu Ji Fang were screened.A standardized medical record database was established.The Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform V1.5 was used to calculate medication frequency,medicine attributes(medicine properties,medicinal flavors,and channel tropism),and cluster analysis was conducted.IBM SPSS Clementine 12.0 software was used to analyze the association rules.Results A total of 210 prescriptions were selected,and 104 kinds of Chinese materia medica were used in the prescriptions,22 kinds with more than 20 times of frequency.Commonly used Chinese materia medica could be grouped into five categories.The most commonly used medicinal groups were Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens-Myristicae Semen,followed by Aucklandiae Radix-Myristicae Semen,Aucklandiae Radix-Chebulae Fructus,Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens-Chebulae Fructus,and Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens-Aucklandiae Radix.Conclusion The application of data mining method can preliminarily reveal the medication rules of Pu Ji Fang in the treatment of diarrhea,and provide references for clinical treatment of diarrhea.
