中药箍围术优势病种及研究现状文献计量学分析

Metrological Analysis of Dominant Diseases and Research Status Related to Therapy of Encircling Lesion with Chinese Materia Medica

目的分析中药箍围术相关文献,为中药箍围术未来发展和临床研究提供参考。方法检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(维普网)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、Pubmed、Cochrane library、Web of Science建库至2019年8月1日中药箍围术相关文献,对文献数量及时间分布、基金资助情况、发文来源、文献类型、疾病分布、常用方剂及中药分布、中药箍围术作用和近10年主要研究方向及成果进行统计分析。结果共纳入文献115篇,基金论文比较低;近20年文献数量显著增加,基金论文比明显提高;发文来源以中医药大学及附属医院为主,发文量最大的机构为山东中医药大学;优势病种以血管外科疾病、疮疡外科疾病为主;常用方剂以自拟方为主,常用中药以清热解毒类药物为主;中药箍围术作用以截毒、束毒、拔毒、消肿止痛、清热解毒为主;近10年主要研究方向为四畔疗法、护场理论、五倍子箍围软膏和清热解毒箍围法。结论中药箍围术优势病种明确,但目前发展规范化程度不够、临床研究和基础研究数量不足、基金支持力度不够,应尽快完成中药箍围术的标准化,增加研究投入,提高研究质量。

Objective To conduct metrological analysis of the relevant research literature on therapy of encircling lesion with Chinese materia medica;To provide direction for the future development and clinical research of therapy of encircling lesion with Chinese materia medica.Methods Relevant literature about therapy of encircling lesion with Chinese materia medica was retrieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang database,China biomedical literature service system,Pubmed,Cochrane Library and Web of Science since the establishment of databases to August 1,2019.The number and time distribution of the published literature,fund support,source of publication,type of literature,disease distribution,distribution of commonly-used prescriptions and Chinese materia medica,the function of therapy of encircling lesion with Chinese materia medica,and research direction and achievements in the recent decade were analyzed.Results Totally 115 articles were included,and the proportion of articles supported by fund was relatively low;the number of articles in the past 20 years increased significantly,and the proportion of articles supported by fund increased significantly.The sources of articles were mainly TCM colleges and universities and affiliated hospitals;the institution with the most articles was Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The dominant diseases were mainly vascular surgical diseases and sore surgical diseases;the commonly used prescriptions were mainly self-prepared,and the commonly-used Chinese materia medica were mainly heat-clearing and detoxifying medicines.The function of therapy of encircling lesion with Chinese materia medica was mainly to eliminate poison,reduce toxin,and draw out toxin,reduce swelling and relieve pain,clear heat and detoxification.The main research directions in the past ten years were perifocal area therapy,protection field theory,Wubeizi Guwei Ointment and heat-clearing detoxification encircling method.Conclusion The dominant disease of therapy of encircling lesion with Chinese materia medica is clear.However,the current development of this therapy has insufficient standardization,insufficient clinical research and small amount of basic research,and insufficient fund support.It should complete the standardization of therapy of encircling lesion with Chinese materia medica as soon as possible to increase research input and improve research quality.
