摘要
闭环霍尔传感器广泛应用于电流信号的检测,由于系统级产品的小型化趋势和应用环境等原因,电流传感器周围常常存在较强的环境磁场,这些环境磁场会一定程度上影响霍尔传感器的测量误差,导致牵引变流系统误报故障.为了优化闭环霍尔电流传感器的抗磁场干扰能力,本文结合仿真、理论分析和相关的设计经验,针对闭环霍尔电流传感器的铁芯提出了一种具有较强抗磁场干扰能力的改良方案.根据改良方案设计的电流传感器在单轨车牵引系统中的应用解决了未改进的电流传感器的磁场干扰问题.
Closed-loop hall sensors are widely used in the current detection.As a result of the system level product miniaturization trend and operation ambient,there are always many magnetic fields around current sensor.These magnetic fields will affect the accuracy of closedloop hall sensor and will lead to traction converter system false alarm.Based on the simulation,theory analysis and the releva nt design experience,we put forward an improved core design of closed-loop hall current sensor.The application of improved sensor has been used to solve question in the traction system of monorail vehicle which has problem of magnetic field interfere nee of the unimproved current sensor.
