摘要
为了改善皮肤风衣的热湿舒适性,并保证产品的美观性,本文通过调整局部结构设计、增加开口设计、拼接透气性面料等方式,设计并制作18件皮肤风衣。邀请20名行业专家对产品设计合理性、美观性进行主观评价,同时邀请10名女性志愿者对运动过程中的闷感、热感、湿感和粘感进行试衣评价,对比分析各种结构设计方案的差异,并进行综合评价,以期为改善产品的综合性能提供优化方案。结果显示,适当增加腋下片镂空面料的拼接面积,在袖口、领口、前胸等部位增设通风开口,均可以有效提升皮肤风衣热湿舒适性,同时也可以保证产品的美观性。
In order to improve the thermal-wet comfort of windbreaker,and ensure the product's aesthetics,18 windbreaker samples were designed and made by the method of adjusting to local structure,increasing opening,splicing permeability fabric.20 industry experts were invited to participate the subjective evaluation of rationality and aesthetics of the product design,and 10 female volunteers were invited to give their wear evaluation on stuffy feeling,thermal feeling,wet feeling and sticky feeling during the running process.According to the difference analysis of various structural design schemes and comprehensive evaluation,the optimization scheme of enhancing product performance would be proposed.The results showed that increasing the splicing area of hollow fabric at underarm cuttings and adding ventilation openings at the cuff,collar,chest and other parts could effectively improve the thermal-wet comfort and guarantee the aesthetics of the windbreaker.
