日常防晒服的防晒性能影响因素研究 被引量:5

摘要 为探究防晒服装的防晒性能的影响因素,本文选择12种常见的防晒服装面料作为研究载体,并借助紫外-可见-近红外分光光度仪,详细探讨服装颜色、织物经纬密度、织物厚度、织物面密度、后整理方式、织物湿度(模拟汗液量)、洗涤次数(模拟家庭滚筒洗涤)对防晒服抗紫外线性能的影响趋势,并对其结果进行机理解释。结果表明:服装颜色、织物经纬密度、织物厚度、织物面密度、后整理、织物湿度均不同程度的影响防晒服装的防晒性能。冷色系相比于暖色系,防晒性能更好;织物经纬密度和厚度对抗紫外性能呈正相关;织物湿度(模拟汗液量)与织物防晒性能呈负相关;洗涤对织物紫外线防护性能影响不大,前5次随着洗涤次数的增加,其防护性能下降,超过5次时,防护性能随洗涤次数的增加,变化不大。此研究结论既可为设计师在进行防晒服装面料选择时提供参考,也可为消费者购买合适的防晒服提供指导。 To investigate the influencing factorsof sunscreen clothing’s performance,12 common sunscreen fabrics have been selected as sample.The effects of clothing color,warp and latitude density of fabric,fabric thickness,finishing of fabric and fabric humidity(simulated sweat content)on UV protection performance were discussed with the help of Ultraviolet-Visible-Near Infrared Spectrometer,and the mechanism of the results was explained in detail.The results showed that the color,density,thickness,surface density,finishing and humidity of fabric and washing cycles affected their UV protection performanceto different degrees.Compared with the warm color system,the UV protection performance of cold color system was better;The warp and latitude density and thickness of fabric were positively correlated against UV properties.The humidity of fabric(simulated sweat volume when people wearing)was negatively related to the UV protection performance of the fabric.Washing cycles had little effect on the ultraviolet protection performance of the fabric.The UV protection performance of fabric was decreasedwith the increase of washing cycles in the first 5 cycles.When washing cycles was more than5,the protection performance didn’t change with the increase of washing cycles.The conclusion of the study provided a reference for designers in the selection of clothing fabrics,and also provided some guidance for consumers when purchasing sunscreen clothing.
