双钻设计流程模式下智能照护产品的创新设计研究

Research on Innovative Design of Intelligent Care Products Based on the Double Diamod Design Process Mode

面对我国老龄化社会问题,引入双钻模式为核心的设计流程,进行了智能照护产品的创新设计研究和实践。结合两个智能照护产品创新设计的案例,分析了探索、定义、构思再到解决方案四个阶段的内容;提出了智能养老照护产品在创新设计过程中可以考虑扩展"用户"的概念、采取跨领域团队合作的方式、运用"服务设计"的系统性思维以及与用户共创的开发方式等建议;促进了设计方法学在老龄化社会智能产品创新开发中的应用研究。

Faced with the social problems of aging in China,the double diamond design process is introduced,and the innovative design practice and research of intelligent care products are carried out in this paper.Combined with two cases of innovative design of intelligent care,this paper analyzes the different contents of four stages:exploration,definition,conception and solution.In the process of innovative design of intelligent elderly care products,some suggestions are put forward,such as expanding the concept of“user”,cross-disciplinary teamwork,adopt“service design”systematic thinking,and co-create design methods with users.This design method is of great significance in the innovation and development of intelligent products in the aging society.
