摘要
工程实践创新能力是工程硕士培养质量的核心,其有效实现路径有赖于产教融合的培养机制,即在企业的有效支持下,构建校企深度合作的协同培养机制,从而将工程实践创新能力的提升贯穿于工程硕士培养全过程。基于产教融合,以工程硕士实践创新能力提升为核心,在课程学习、企业实践、学位论文和毕业就业等培养环节,探索校企协同的工程硕士"142"培养模式,从而形成校企协同培养工程硕士的有效机制。
Practical and innovation ability is the core of engineering master’s training quality,and its effective realization path depends on the cultivation mechanism of the integration of industry and education,that is,under the effective support of enterprises,the cooperative training mechanism of school-enterprise deep cooperation must be constructed,so as to promote the engineering practical and innovation ability throughout the whole process of engineering master’s training.Based on the integration of industry and education,with the core of the improving engineering master’s practical and innovation ability,this paper explores the“142”training mode of school-enterprise collaborative training of engineering masters in the training links such as course learning,enterprise practice,dissertation and graduation employment,and forms an effective mechanism of school-enterprise collaborative training of engineering masters.
