摘要
针对我国高速公路三角分流区依旧存在一些不合理设计的状况,提出了一款新型可导向防撞垫结构。在该可导向防撞垫结构中吸能模块应用了加强型共面蜂窝,并且通过有限元仿真技术对该防撞垫进行了正碰、偏碰、斜碰、正向侧碰共4种类型的碰撞。依据《公路安全护栏安全性能评价标准》(JTG B05-01-2013)对仿真试验结果的可靠性进行评价,评价的结果表明该新型防撞垫防护等级基本满足TS级标准要求。
In order to solve the problem of unreasonable design in the triangulation zone of expressway in China,this paper proposes a new type of navigable anti-collision pad junction.A reinforced coplanar honeycomb is applied to the energy absorption module of the structure.In addition,computer simulation technology is used to conduct four types of collision for the collision pad,including forward collision,side collision,oblique collision and forward side collision.The simulation results are evaluated according to″the Safety Performance Evaluation Standard for Highway Safety Guardrail″(JTG b05-01-2013),and the rating results showed that the protection level of the new type of collision pad met the requirements of TS standard.
