摘要
针对耙吸船在疏浚过程中耙臂姿态不佳,结合耙吸船在施工过程中耙臂姿态重要性,进一步优化耙吸挖泥船疏浚过程中最佳耙臂姿态及最大发挥船舶性能。采用基于3DMAX软件建立耙吸船的耙臂、耙头三维模型,结合Unity软件进行场景仿真,分析在不同挖深工况下最佳耙臂姿态,充分发挥耙头破土能力,提高疏浚效率,特别对在建工程提升挖掘施工效率具有一定的借鉴意义。
Aiming at the poor suction pipe posture of the trailing suction dredger in the dredging process,combined with the importance of the suction pipe posture of the trailing suction dredger in the construction process,in order to further optimize the best suction pipe posture and maximize the performance of the ship in the dredging process of the trailing suction dredger.The three-dimensional model of suction pipe and drag head that established are based on 3DMAX software,the scene simulation is carried out with unity software,and the optimal suction pipe posture is analyzed under different digging depth conditions.In order to the soil breaking capacity of drag head and improve the dredging efficiency,especially for the construction in progress to improve the efficiency of excavation construction has certain reference significance.
