摘要
介绍了PCS-Studio V1.0的设计方案和V1.1新版本的特色功能。介绍了V1.0版本基于驱动包的全流程设计方案、一体化配置调试组件化集成设计方案、全方位防误功能设计方案。针对V1.0版本在工程实施、用户配置过程中收集的反馈和需求,V1.1版本提出如下解决方案:针对MOT获取和配置需求,采用云存储方式获取归档的装置的MOT文件,支持用户进行MOT选型配置;针对插件-处理器-页面节点不易理解的反馈,用户版本软件重新构建程序展示树形结构,屏蔽硬件差异;针对海外多厂家模型文件集成需求,增加本工程装置ICD模型文件、外部装置ICD模型文件、SCD配置文件混合集成配置方式,满足海外灵活多变的过程层配置集成需求。通过上述功能点的设计开发,显著提升PCS-Studio软件的可用性、方便性。
This paper introduces the design of PCS-studio V1.0 and the features of the new version of V1.1.This paper introduces the design scheme of V1.0 based on driver package,the integrated design scheme of integrated configuration and debugging components,and the design scheme of omni-directional error-prevention function.For the feedback and requirements collected during the project implementation and user configuration of V1.0,the following solutions are proposed in V1.1.According to the requirements of MOT package acquisition and configuration,the archived device MOT package is obtained by cloud storage to support users to conduct MOT selection and configuration.In response to the feedback from plugin-processor-page nodes that is difficult to understand,the user version software reconstructs the program to display the tree structure and mask the hardware differences.In view of the integration requirements of overseas multi-manufacturer model files,add the mixed integration configuration mode of ICD model files of this engineering device,ICD model files of external devices and SCD configuration files to meet the flexible requirements of overseas process layer configuration integration.Through the design and development of the above function points,the usability and convenience of PCS-Studio software can be significantly improved.
