摘要
目前多路信号实时采集大多是通过笔录仪人工录取或者是借助专用的录取设备,导致成本高、不便携带、测试效率不高。利用通用智能处理技术,设计了一种多通道信号智能采集系统,通过该系统可以同时对高达八十路分立信号数据、时序进行采集与处理,并利用CAN现场总线进行可靠远距离传输,可在接收端计算机界面实时显示信号监视运行图,实现对数据结果的自动计算、判读和保存。试验结果表明,该采集系统已成功应用在多个产品中,实现了多通道信号状态远程监视与自动采集、处理和自动判读,也可广泛应用于其他智能领域。
At Present,Multichannel signal timing collection is mostly done manually or by special equipment,which leads to high cost,inconvenient portability and low test efficiency.This paper designs a multichannel intelligent timing acquisition system in multichannel signal by general intelligent processing technology,the system can collect and deal with Multichannel signal timing series signal of up to eighty channels at the same time,and uses the CAN field bus to carry out reliable and long distance transmission,and displays the timing sequence diagram of the signal in real time at the receiver computer interface,realizes automatic calculation,interpretation and preservation of time series results.The test results show that the acquisition system has been realized remote monitoring and automatic acquisition,processing and automatic interpretation,which can be widely used in other models.
