红外通讯模块在激光发射机中的应用

摘要 激光发射机因其战场氛围浓、训练针对性强、危险系数低等优点在军事训练中广泛应用。模拟作战过程中双方战损伤亡情况需要通过无线通讯实时信息交汇。因其为步兵穿戴设备,减轻负重要求设备必备体积小、可靠性高、保密性强等特性,该设计采用红外通讯高度集成模块完成无线信息传输。目前市面多采取分散器件搭建系统,不便于批量生产调试,抗干扰能力差,体积大。训练器材采用TFDU4101模块进行红外发射和接收。实验结果证明,最大传输速率115.2kb/s,大小2cm×2cm,误码率0.02%,最远通讯距离10m。可与主控串口通讯,实现数据快速、可靠传输,且体积小可移植性强。 The laser transmitter is widely used in military training because of its strong atmosphere,strong training and low risk factors.In order to count the damage of both sides,wireless communication is required.At the same time,cost,size and weight are also very important.Infrared communication between the laser gun and the helmet can ensure the privacy of the data.Most design adopt dispersed devices for infrared communication,which makes mass production difficult and cost.The integrated circuit TFDU4101 is used in this design.The experimental results show that the maximum transmission rate of the module is 11.52 KB/s,which satisfies the rapid transmission of small data.The module size is 2 cm x 2 cm,which meets the needs of miniaturization.
